This website presents Home & Garden rooms, tent camping and experiences. It does not contain an online booking or payment system. Access to the information is free.
2. Enquiries and bookings
The forms prepare a message in your email app. We receive it only if you send it from that app. An enquiry does not confirm availability and does not, by itself, constitute a booking or contract.
Rooms can be booked directly by phone on +40 736 229 464 or through the booking platforms linked on this site, subject to the offer and terms of the chosen booking. For camping and experiences, we discuss the date, group size, included services, total price, payment and cancellation terms before the offer is accepted.
3. Services, prices and information
Indicative rates per room, per night: Alessia Room, 16 m² with a private bathroom and bathtub, EUR 48; Surorii and Evantai Rooms, 16 m² with a shared bathroom, and Bunicilor Room, 14 m² with a shared bathroom, EUR 44 each. Price and availability for your chosen dates are confirmed when booking.
Breakfast is available on request at EUR 10 per person, and regular dinner at EUR 15 per person. Home & Garden is not an à la carte restaurant; Lumi prepares homemade food according to the day, season and ingredients.
Camping is exclusively for guests bringing their own tents: EUR 15 per night for a tent with one guest and EUR 20 per night for a tent with two guests. We cannot accommodate caravans, motorhomes or campervans. Vehicles cannot enter the lawn or camping area; cars are parked in front of the property. Facilities include a bathroom, summer kitchen, running water, sockets, Wi-Fi, a bicycle area with video surveillance and tools for small repairs in Flori’s workshop. Coffee, water and the option to wash clothes are included for cycle touring guests.
The Oltenian tasting is prepared especially on request for at least 4 guests, at EUR 50 per person, including house wine. The dishes shown are examples: the selection varies with the season, ingredients and what Lumi is cooking, and is confirmed before the visit. Not every dish is served each time. The tasting is separate from regular dinner. Availability and arrangements are confirmed in advance. Before a contract is concluded, we communicate the total amount payable, applicable taxes, payment currency and, if conversion is needed, the exchange rate used. Any additional service requires the customer’s agreement.
Cycling trips cover 30–50 km and take approximately 4–6 hours, at a relaxed pace with a route adapted to the group, a local companion and participants’ own bicycles. The minimum group size is 4, at EUR 20 per person. Dinner on return is optional, at an additional EUR 15 per person. The route and arrangements are confirmed before participation. Photographs illustrate the property and experiences described; garden photographs do not depict the cycling route.
Google and Booking ratings are reproduced with the date they were checked and may change. Review stars do not indicate an official tourism classification.
4. Changes, cancellations and consumer rights
Specific change, cancellation, payment and refund terms are communicated before each service is accepted. For Booking reservations, refer to the confirmation and selected rate conditions. This page does not introduce penalties or remove statutory consumer rights. Any statutory right of withdrawal or applicable exception depends on the agreed service and date.
5. Using the website
Do not use this website to transmit illegal content, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. Home & Garden text, photographs and branding belong to their respective rights holders. For reuse beyond what the law permits, request the rights holder’s consent.
We make efforts to keep information accurate. Please contact us if you notice an error. Links to other platforms open services with their own terms and policies. These provisions do not exclude our liability under the law.

You may contact Romania’s National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), use alternative dispute resolution (SAL)under the applicable conditions, or apply to the competent courts. Your right to contact the authorities is not restricted.
Romanian law and applicable mandatory consumer protection rules apply. Updates to this page do not retroactively change contracts already concluded.
